Bayside Barracuda
The current iteration of the Bayside Bad Boys arrived in Season 4 when they won their first (of two [S6]) World Series trophies. Led by the Season 3 Rookie of the Year and Captain Garrett Blackman as well as 3x Silver Slugger Landon Hunt, the Barracuda are a premier slugging team in the BBWL. Rookie Daniel Motz and veterans Colton Souleles and Brandon Keeling round out one of the hardest hitting lineups in the league.
GARRETT “TOAST” BLACKMAN
The man they call “Toast” is responsible for bringing two championships to the Bayside Barracuda’s clubhouse (S4 & S6). The Season 3 Rookie of the Year, Toast is known for his quick hands at the plate and quick pitch on the mound.
DANIEL “SAUCE” MOTZ
A rookie in the BBWL in Season 7, Motz brings a mixture of apples and cinnamon…erm…I mean speed and athleticism to the Barracuda. He always finds his way into scoring position and isn’t afraid to challenge hitters on the mound. We look forward to watching his career with great interest.
BRANDON “KETAMINE” KEELING
Forced to put “Ketamine” on his jersey, Keeling is currently on a retirement tour of the league, attempting to hit a home run against every team before he moves out of San Diego and leaves the BBWL behind. Best of luck to him on his future endeavors!
LANDON “DISIMO” HUNT
The only player in BBWL history to win the same award three seasons in a row, Landon “Disimo” Hunt is the most feared left-handed bat in the Bay Bros Wiffle League. And no, I’m not kidding. He has won back-to-back-to-back Silver Slugger awards and has a career OPS that hovers around 1.200.
COLTON “C-DAWG” SOULELES
A member of the Southside Seagulls for the majority of his BBWL career, Colton “C-Dawg” Souleles was brought over to throw innings and get on base. He routinely does just that. C-Dawg is looking forward to bringing another championship (and subsequently a championship celebration) to the Bayside Barracuda.
