PLAYOFF SEASON
Catch the next series!
Make sure to stay up to date on who is playing and when! You do not want to miss this!
#1: COASTAL CUTTLEFISH
The Cuttlefish are back. After a challenging rebuild, the offense has come to life and the pitching staff has developed into one of the best all around crews in the league. They may have ground their way through the regular season, but anything can happen in the postseason, so they’ll have to be on their A game to get through to the teams 3rd World Series Title!
#2: NORTH COUNTY KNIGHTS
Dominant pitching, scrappy hitting and a smart approach to the game. The North County Knights are one of the most well rounded teams in the league. A bumpy last half of the season bumped them into the 2 spot, but don’t make the mistake of thinking that they aren’t ready to go to work to snag their 2nd World Series Title!
#3: BAYSIDE BARRACUDA
The Bayside Barracuda are a powerhouse. The bats are always a danger to come alive for opposing pitchers, and their pitching staff, lead by Captain Garrett Blackmon, can quiet even the strongest lineup. As last seasons World Series Champions, they are primed and ready to snag their second Title in as many seasons!
#4: DOWNTOWN DIVERS
Lead by “That Guy”, Jacob Basinger, the Downtown Divers are a force to be reckoned with. Let them stay in the ballgame and they’ll make you pay for it with the bats. While they may be plagued by injuries, they’ve still shown that they can overcome their health challenges and shut down opponents. The Divers are ready to roll in the hunt for their first World Series win!
#5: SOUTHSIDE SEAGULLS
They may be the final team to claw their way to a spot in the playoffs, but don’t sleep on the Seagulls. With a pitching staff lead by arguably the hardest hurler in the league, the Seagulls are ready to make a run for the Title as they look ahead at a challenging journey. Don’t let their bats come alive either, because they’ve been known to make opposing pitchers wish they never showed up to play.
